Most full grooms take 2–3 hours depending on size, coat condition and temperament. We groom unhurried — no dog is rushed through.

Yes — gentle, patient handling is what we’re known for. Tell us about your dog when booking so we can schedule extra time and breaks.

All breeds and sizes — from teacup yorkies to doodles, huskies and giant breeds, including true breed-standard styling.

Most coated breeds do best every 4–8 weeks. Doodles and other curly coats usually need every 4–6 weeks to stay mat-free. We’ll recommend a schedule for your dog.

We’ll always do what’s kindest for the dog. Light matting can often be worked out; severe matting may require a shorter, more comfortable cut. We’ll talk you through options before we start.

Yes — our de-shedding service combines a deep-conditioning bath, high-velocity dry and undercoat removal that dramatically reduces shedding for weeks.

We find most dogs settle faster once parents step out — but if your pup truly needs you nearby, talk to us and we’ll figure out what works.

For everyone’s safety we ask that dogs be current on rabies vaccination. Bring proof to your first visit or have your vet email it over.

We accept all major cards and cash. Gratuities for your groomer are always appreciated but never expected.
